Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them, provided the order meets the following conditions:

  1. The order still includes all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as the product.
  2. There is clear evidence of normal handling of the product, excluding breakage due to improper handling.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this time period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items were used or damaged in a way that cannot be attributed to us.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@james-london.uk
  • Make sure the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender address. We will provide you with the correct return address upon request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. Right of Withdrawal The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning that a refund is only possible after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, James London, via a clear declaration (e.g., by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Notice Regarding Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer shipping times over which we have no control. If the goods are already en route to you, a cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods, then return them to us. You are welcome to inform us of your withdrawal in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation once you have sent the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered). The refund will be processed without delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the withdrawal notification and the goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
